In May 2017, OakGar Recruitment was created to provide a permanent staffing solution within health and social care to assist care homes, services, and hospitals. It all started when there was a clear need for permanent support workers and care assistants to which we based our mission. From this, we now have grown to become family run and assist companies all over the UK with a person-centred approach to assist services within health and social care by providing care assistants and support workers, seniors and team leaders, management staff and clinical staff including nurses too!
